Terms of use of the site:
To use this site, you must respect all users. Therefore, anyone who does not respect this rule, and uses any behavior, message, post, email or anything else containing offensive material, will have their access to the site revoked and, depending on the seriousness of the matter, may be reported to the competent authorities, who will receive a copy of the material that is offensive to third parties.
This site aims to be a hub for all the YouTube channel's social media channels, maintaining a peaceful meeting place and a place for exchanging ideas, opinions, solutions, and reporting problems related to our motorcycles.

Order/Shipping/Return Policy:
Each product, spare parts, accessories, and all mechanical and electrical components for the motorcycle are purchased/produced personally and offered for sale to support the projects to be carried on the various channels. You can purchase them on the site using the accepted payment methods (read the " accepted payment methods " information) or you can contact me via the contact form to personally arrange payment and shipping. In the event of shipping arranged by you, I will not be responsible for any damage to the product caused by the courier or in the event of non-delivery.

Under no circumstances will requests for refunds, returns, or replacements be accepted for goods delivered by hand.

Items imported directly from foreign countries (and therefore without a warranty) are resold without a warranty, but each product is always personally checked and tested before being shipped to ensure it is in perfect structural and functional condition.

If your products arrive damaged during shipping, you must contact me within 2 calendar days of delivery, otherwise the report will not be considered valid.

Under no circumstances will a request for return of goods be accepted.

Shipments are handled by Poste Italiane, so if packages are not delivered within the delivery times set by Poste Italiane, no refund or replacement order will be issued until Poste Italiane officially notifies you of the loss of the package.

In the event that a shipment is returned to sender, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the order.
